Analog Notebook

Modeled a notebook that I do the majority of my sketches in. I then decided to play around with modo’s animation tools. Nothing exciting just a notebook spinning around. The top page is a current side project that’s in my current notebook. The concept on the notebook is inspired by an old SNL skit I watched recently.

On close inspection you can see it’s missing the ware and tear you would normally see on a notebook. There is a reason for that, this notebook was and is intended to be a prop for a future project. A good general rule is you do not want to focus too much time and attention to things that will not be the center of attention ( I’m kind of breaking that rule making an animation of the notebook) However it could use a little dirt.
